"Watching Clouds”, the second track on my upcoming album, Nighttime Piano for Relaxation and Deep Sleep, is meant to work in a similar way to counting sheep. When watching clouds, it is important to relax and slow down and watch the different shapes and formations. It is a way to quiet the mind.
